Fill in your information and submit the form, this will notify the administrator, it may take 1-2 days for your account to be activated.
After you receive the activation e-mail, click the login link in the e-mail and enter your user and password information.
Once logged in, click on Vendors tab near the top and select your vendor name:
Fill in your vendor information and upload your logos, Activate Stripe Payment for immediate payouts to your bank account.
Select the Logo's tab and upload your business logo's to be displayed in the marketplace:
Add a store description and any terms and conditions specific to your business.
To add your first product select the products tab in the top navigation bar:
Click the + sign in the upper right corner of the Products window to create a new product, this will open the product creation dialog:
Enter the product name, categories for the product to appear in, price and description. Set the Status to "Hidden" until ready to be displayed on the market.
For Free Patterns enter a $0.00 price, scroll down to the Pricing/Inventory section, for Zero Price Action select: "Allow Customers to Add Product to Cart"
Scroll down to the Extra section, for patterns click the checkbox next to "Downloadable"
Click the "Create" button to save the product, this will bring you back to the product description screen. There will be more tabs available now. Select the "Files to sell" tab.
Upload the files for the pattern in the files to sell tab:
Select the Features tab to enter the product features (Size, Type, Yarn Weight, Etc) (This is very important, your product won't show up in filters without the features).
Optionally, enter Tags that also describe your product, these are freeform and could be colorway, added details, styles used in the pattern, any other descriptors.
Once all details are entered, go back to the "General" tab, set the product to active and save. This will list the product on the marketplace.
Finally, once your product is saved it will go into moderation (waiting for admin approval), for right now we're doing this for all new products to make sure all the pieces are filled in so we don't have a product get listed that is missing a PDF or missing description or anything. Over the next few weeks we'll figure out a way to promote vendors into a auto-publish group.
