Well, I’m backing up a bit this week. I used up 4 skeins entirely but I purchased 11 at a yard sale this morning for 25c each.

I’m also unable to pass by yarn, especially at thrift stores πŸ™‚

Well, again, I didn't do very well. I purchased some baby-balls of regia, takes about three of them to make a pair of socks 😊. New colors and baby soft, hard to resist.

      15 new balls yarn -30
Yarn used up - mostly sock leftovers. +8

At least you can use them up quickly with 3 to a pair of socks. Enjoy the journey!

I started an asymmetrical shawlette and used two skeins of thread. I finally finished my stashbuster blanket I started last year.

I stitched all week long but didn't finish out a skein or even a ball. There's always next week!

Update: We made a stop at Hobby Lobby while out shopping last evening. I bought 3 balls of Artiste thread.

I purchased (dare I say it) 65 mini balls of yarn this week. No regrets. :-) -130

I (nearly) finished my reflections blanket - I am on my edging but I have to dig into a new skein, and I parted with a skein. +16

Lol @ at TexasPurl - I am looking at that battenburg blanket Kathy7661 is making. I love it! These mini balls will be an excellent start for sure. But I will need an awful lot more before I have enough. Lol

Oh My Word! After reading some of the recent responses...I think I should vow to not enter a craft store till my yarn diet is over.
Either that or take an accountability partner with me.

hereami , well my dilemma is that my accountability partner Char is not a very good influence 😈😈. And then there's my DH who keeps asking who has yarn on sale this week!!! He thinks I should fill up all available space. I'm not complaining, but in the course of a year or so I've gone from 1-2 totes to an entire shelving unit of yarn of all types and weights.

knitter131 Sounds like they love you very much. A new shelving unit and permission to fill it. Your DH...wow. just Wow!😍

Well, once again I'm a day (two days) late and a dollar -- or a skein -- short! I used one skein of yarn. However, I am working on 4 blankets and am testing a shawl pattern, so fingers crossed I am going to be using up lots and lots of yarn this month!
