Knit Knot Gift Bag by Char

2-KnitPicks Wool of the Andes/100% Peruvian Highland Wool/ color Victorian
    3-164 yds
4-Time it took-- well for me it was a couple of days off and on. But one could complete in a day with just knitting ( just a few hours)
5-This was not a difficult pattern to follow. I used the chart and the written instructions are well done. I did enjoy knitting this project

Extra notes- I tried the Jeny's Surprisingly stretchy cast off (which I think is really neat how it works) but my cuff was way to big (its my knitting) so I just used a regular bind off. A lot tighter but it worked better for my bag. I would like to do this bag in a different type of yarn, something with a sheen to it would be awesome. This bag has so many possibilities, adding beads, embroidery, a very light felting would be interesting. Its a beautiful bag design and I can't wait to see how others knitted theirs. Thank You again Char

This bag is right off the needles so unwashed and blocked.

Admin - there is something wrong with the picture of the Christmas Lace Socks in that you can't click on it for a good view. I was able to click and enlarge the other two.

Admin Can you please add these photos to the poll thread? The one added isn't clear and can't be enlarged to actually be able to see the design. Thanks.

I can't see any of the detail of BaadWolfKnits socks, so I don't feel able to vote at this time.

Wow! We have some really talented designers here. I love all the entries! I could never do the table runner, since I can't crochet my way out of a wet paper bag, but it's awesome. And the socks and bag are both patterns I would happily knit. You guys should all be really proud of your designs.

I took another picture of the Christmas socks I tested for BaadWolfKnits . Hopefully this picture will work better.

All three designs are very beautiful. Choosing a favourite to vote for was very difficult.
