But heavy metal music and knitting came together in a bizarre championship in Finland on Thursday.

meanwhile Kevlar is actually rather light weight but picture wire - I suppose if I could (and did) knit on a plane with drink straws, one could your a strong picture wire.

One of the competitors, Emmy, who was wearing the denim vest, did indeed knit with wire for one part of her performance.
