    YouTube Rabbit Holes

Someone showed me adorable Christmas plates she'd made using Mod Podge, fabric and inexpensive glass plates following this tutorial from Missouri Star.

This led to more videos on decoupage and I realized it's making a comeback. Some are using decorative napkins purchased from Dollar Tree and that segued into Dollar Tree DIY projects and my continued captivation.

Is there a subject or channel on YT that holds you hostage?

SCUBA diving/ocean, photography, & travel. I like to watch review videos of airlines so I have good information for booking future travel. Oh! And along with the diving videos, I also get sucked into shark videos. LOL! I know that seems counterintuitive. My favorite channels right now are Jared Polin (Fro Knows Photos), Nonstop Dan, the Luxury Travel Expert, and Simply Scuba.

I would love scuba diving and ocean, but not sharks.

I grew up on the coast of Australia and sharks are a real threat. When the sirens go off to get out of the water I am always amazed that the board riders just put their feet up on their boards but don't come in. My husband scuba dives but its definitely not for me................but I do enjoy watching programs about them they are fascinating creatures..

Tim Dodd, The Everyday Astronaut. Lots of SpaceX coverage. He's very personable, explains things well, and is just fun to watch.

DH spends YT time nightly on what he dubs his "Machine Porn." See if your hubs recognize the name Tubelcain (one of DH's faves).
Bless those who disappoint you; they're leading you toward a better path.

I found a new channel that I'm really enjoying. If you're interested in science and engineering, check out Mark Rober: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCY1...IQSyNx_9h4mpCg

So far I've seen a pool filled with Jell-o and a funny way to "get back" at porch pirates....oh! and an experiment with sharks! (I just love sharks.)

For a wider perspective on current events, I like The Epoch Times; their youtube channel is American Thought Leaders - sounds stuffy but it is not. They have 20 t0 40 minute interviews with major figures in the news, and excellent commentators. The interviewer lets the person talk and has good followup questions.
Then there is The Duran - these two men live in Europe so they have access to information that you just won't hear in the West. Very interesting people.
