Is it washable? She said she put label on the quilt. Is it for decoration inly?

The freezer paper us used as a type of stabilizer. Iron the fabric to the paper then run it through the printer so the printer produces an image on the fabric, remove the freezer paper and stitch the label to the project.

I wouldn't expect the printer ink to be washable, though.
