Icon on home screen

When I joined the 'old' forum, I believe it asked if I wanted to add an icon to my home screen on my phone. Now, when I click on it, I'm logged out this lovely new forum and taken to the old one. Is there a way to fix that?

I had that problem first time too but in my case it was my password program - had to change manually from "ourunraveled.com" to "vb.ourunraveled. com"
