I finished my Close to You.
I only had enough yarn to make this size. It will be perfect once the weather turns a bit colder here. The pin I just bought at an antique store.
This was enjoyable to make. Perhaps some day I will make a larger one.

Really pretty. The pin is great - will go with a lot of things too.
Last winter my daughter-in-law found a couple of great pins in an antique shop.

Lovely colors & the beads add such a nice look!

It’s lovely.

That is so pretty, and I love the pin with it! Another reason why I love shawls/shawlettes/scarves. They’re just so darn adaptable!

I’m working on things for the Sacred Shawl Society and MCC-NY; this is a pair of slippers for Sacred Shawl, which is a shelter for women and shelter on Pine Ridge.

Those slippers will keep someone’s tootsies nice and warm. And they are so pretty!

@knitter131 Thank you! The yarn is 100% hand spun wool that someone donated year’s ago and I’m toying with the idea of dyeing it but also really like the natural look!

Very sweet!

nice and cozy. the color is so comforting.
I was just thinking about making slippers.
Which pattern is this? Do you like the pattern enough to make it again?

@hereami Yes, I’ve used the pattern so many times, Ive lost count! I’ll try to add the link, it’s a free pattern.

I juuuuuust finished this cozy delight! I’m so happy with it! It has surpassed my expectations.

I love my Twisted Slipster Blanket Shawl so much that I wanted to design a poncho version. Well I literally just finished the seam and tried it on … and I don’t ever want to take it off! :relaxed:

(Pattern coming very soon!)

This 80/20 Alpaca/Silk blend feels incredible next to the skin, too. Would it be too much if I made a whole suit out of it? Hahaha

I love the design!

Very nice!

That looks SOOO cozy!!

Awesome work.
The blend does sound perfectly cosy.

This is a great design, it looks wonderful.

Finished knitting this cardigan (#18 from Vogue Knitting fall 2008). I started it in January to wear for for Easter, which became a meaningless goal in 2020.
Still need to weave in the ends and find some perfect buttons.

@Sjuly
Wow…this is so lovely.
(I still haven’t made a sweater…I’m too afraid)

Congratulations on accomplishing this goal I am sure you will get many compliments on it.
